Before that ICT manager at Esprit Scholengroep, team lead at Borgprojecten and, from 1996, system administrator and engineer, among others for the Dutch Council for Refugees and the City of Amsterdam.

Some results

  • DICTU: half the incidents, no more major outages on the network layer, and both data centres fully autonomous.
  • Dutch Inspectorate of Education: an in-house development team, more frequent and better releases, and full compliance with the government's security baseline.
  • RH Marine: after the parent company's bankruptcy, the ICT separated and rebuilt, on Microsoft Azure.
  • GGD GHOR: reliable data exchange for vaccination, testing and contact tracing, with RIVM, CBS and the Ministry of Health.
